COVID 19 (update)
15th August 2020
At the moment I can accommodate small home magic shows outside, adhering to social distancing rules. When and if larger parties start up again will depend on venues re-opening. At the moment the village halls and community centres are still closed. Do please contact me if you would like to discuss anything with regards to your party. I wish you all well and enjoy the remains of our (unforgettable) summer.

Martin has done all three of my children’s parties now and every time he has been fantastic! Just recently did my little girls 5th birthday and kept children from ages 2 to 11 entertained, and also the adults 🤣 I would definitely recommend him and what an amazing price. Lovely man too. Thank you martin.
Catterick Garrison, 4th Scots did an amazing job on their grotto yesterday. It took two hours for Father Christmas to see all the children after the magic show.

If your child attends Knavesmire primary school you might be interested to know that in the New year I will be running a magic club.
Another Halloween, unbelievable that time goes so quick, and it was real busy this year with lots of knocks on the door. I even run out of sweets and had to bring in the pumpkin and turn off the lights!! A shamed Martin the Magician.

A Halloween party with a magic show will be on Saturday the 31st October with a 3.30pm show start. This will be at the Clifton Hotel, YO30 6PL. Martin the Magician
On Wednesday 28th October there is A Magic Halloween Party in the afternoon, 2pm-4pm. £4 per ticket. Suitable for primary school aged children. This is at the Poppleton Centre YO26 6JT. Magic show included.
Oliver had a wonderful party with his friends on Friday aided by such a fabulous magic show, he was delighted (although apprehensive) about being a magicians assistant and was given the appropriate attention a birthday child should have. From a parents perspective it was fantastic to see a professional at work who entertained, captivated and adjusted the routine to the response of the children (especially the birthday boy). The controll of the group was unique as they were all so excited but also so well behaved. Each and everyone of them had a fab time. (Grandma, Mummy and Daddy secretly loved it too but don’t tell anyone!!!)Thank you Martin

what a fantastic party! izach talked about it for days after as did his friends.Gave them all a magic wand in their party bags and so many of the mums came up to me to tell me they had some budding magicians!! many thanks again will mybe see you in january as my other little boy has requested you.

Martin the magician made my daughters 5th birthday party a magical event that all 35 children really enjoyed and by the end all the parents were joining in with the hokey coke too. Thanks to Martin Alice had a party that she loved and will never forget. Thank you Martin.

Martin the magician was wonderful. He kept the children, aged 3 years to 8 years old, completely entertained for the 2 hours he was with us. Lots of positive feedback from the parents who stayed and also those that didn’t……their children went home and told them all about it! Martin included all the children but especially the birthday girl, who is often reluctant to be in the lime light, but he worked his magic and she got up and did lots of tricks with him and her friends.
Thank you Martin. You made not only Tilly’s day great but also ours.

Wow! Best party ever! Thank you so much Martin for making Amelie’s 5th birthday one that will never be forgotten. You far exceeded my expectations and made one very happy girl. You had all the kids under control from the start and very skillfully entertained everyone with your magic. I have not seen Amelie laugh so hard in a long time. She was very keen to perform magic for her friends and she was very excited to be included her in several tricks, especially when you used her magicians hat for some tricks. She was amazed! The games, dancing and balloon modelling really added to the party and everyone went home with big smiles on their faces. Thank you so much Martin!
